I met with Sam Fleck after being referred to her by Ian Fleck, who conducted the online auction for the contents of my mother’s house. Sam was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the current market conditions, and explained clearly and professionally how she would assist in selling my mother’s property. She had done her homework before we first met on comps. She assessed the condition of the property and grounds and came up with a game plan for updating certain aspects of the property to make it ready for market. Communication was excellent and Her recommended actions certainly Helped sell the property quickly. Sam was very accommodating with any requests. I had to help move the process forward quickly and efficiently. She was a joy to work with as was Ian. I cannot recommend highly enough the professionalism. In addition they were just fun to work with.
